Ingredients To make Buttermilk At Home
|Plain Curd||2 cups|
|Green Chillies, Chopped||2|
|Coriander Leaves, Chopped||Small Bunch|
|Rock Salt or Black salt||1 tsp|
- Add all of the ingredients to the curd without adding any water.
- Blend the contents thoroughly using a blender (or a hand churner).
- You can also do this in a food processor on low speed (with a whipping blade).
- Pour 2 cups cold water into a big pot with the ingredients.
- Make sure there are no lumps.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Allow at least 20 minutes for the chaas to set.
- Before serving, sprinkling some chaat masala on top and garnishing with a sprig of coriander.
