Ministry Of AYUSH Suggests Ayurvedic Remedies For The Treatment Of COVID 19 ! For preventative healthcare, the Ayush ministry recommends Ashwagandha or its powder, Chyawanprash, as well as Guduchi Ghana Vati / Tinospora cordifolia powder.

A patient can also take 375 mg of AYUSH 64 medication twice a day for fifteen days or as prescribed by an Ayurveda specialist.

For preventative healthcare, the Ayush ministry recommends some Ayurvedic Remedies such as Ashwagandha or its powder, Chyawanaprasha, as well as Guduchi Ghana Vati or Tinospora cordifolia powder.
An person can access Ashwagandha, Chyawanprasha, or Kasayana Chuma for post-coronavirus care, according to the Ayush ministry procedure.

I Measures To Be Taken

  • Drink plenty of warm water throughout the day.
  • At least 30 minutes of Yogasana, Pranayama, and meditation per day

  • (Cinnamon), Kalimirch (Black pepper), Shunthi (Dry Ginger), and Munakka are some of the spices used.
  • Once or twice a day (Raisin). Add jaggery (natural sugar) and/or fresh fruit to the mix.

If necessary, add lemon juice to taste.

Golden Milk –

  • 1 teaspoon Haldi (turmeric) powder in 150 ml boiling milk
  • Once or twice a day is aplenty.

III Simple Ayurvedic Procedures

Nasal application

In the morning and evening, apply sesame oil, coconut oil, or ghee to both nostrils (Pratimarsh Nasya).

Oil pulling therapy

Inhale 1 teaspoon sesame or coconut oil. Do not consume alcohol. Swish for 2 to 3 minutes in the mouth, then spit it out and rinse with warm water. Once or twice a day, this can be done.

IV When you have a dry cough or a sore throat,

Once a day, practice steam inhalation with fresh Pudina (Mint) leaves or Ajwain.

If you have a cough or a sore throat, mix clove powder with natural sugar or honey and take it 2-3 times a day.

These methods are typically used to treat dry cough and a sore throat.
